Greetings,

I have made many of the changes for Draft 5 and posted them to www.eda.org/sv. I would greatly appreciate it if the originators of
these changes would please review the change requests and make sure that they faithfully represent your intent. I do have more to do
and am trying to get them all complete today.

Any corrections you find in the change requests I would appreciate it if you would send me as a modification to the change request
(as opposed to the original LRM). It will make my job somewhat easier.

Once I have completed the change requests I will send out a message with specific peoples names against specific LRM changes to get
closure.

I do believe there are a couple of Editor's Notes that also need responded to.
