[sv-cc] SV-CC agenda for 9/15/2004

Hi All,

Since today will be only our second meeting, and I am still
getting my feet wet, I'd like to spend a good amount of time
talking about when we should meet, and what topics we should
be addressing. Out of that, I will formulate an agenda for
our meetings. Below is a first cut at an agenda.
