[sv-cc] Commenets on proposal for #158

Michael,

Since you don't have red and blue marks in the proposal for #158, we
may have to negotiate with Stu or the champions about it.

I like the idea of leaving some extra numbers between groups.

Some notes:

1) vpiVarBitVar has been changed to vpiVarBit (Issue #44). Should we
cross-reference that issue?

2) In Clause 31, "typespec" is one word, and so should be a single word
here too.

3) Issue #123 changed vpiMemberTypespec to vpiTypespecMember. Another
cross-reference?

4) We need to coordinate these changes with Bassam's changes to
assertion-related #define's, as in Issue #265. Francoise (and perhaps
others) had some concerns about #265 in its present form.

5) In #266, Bassam has proposed deleting vpiSequenceSpec.

6) Under "generic object properties", a comment says that "NOTE: Object
value range re-started at 600 ..." I found this confusing, since the
numbers now apply to properties rather than objects. Since the
vpi_user.h does the same restarting without having a comment, users
probably don't really need the comment, so I recommend leaving it out.

7) Should one move the definitions for vpiNullConst through vpiDivDist
back up in the list so that the numbers come in sequence? Sometimes
when I'm debugging, I find a number and have to look up the
corresponding identifier, so moving it up would make that easier.

8) The symbols (and semantics) of wild equality have changed (Issue
#213), so we'll eventually have to change the symbols in the comments
for vpiWildEqOp and vpiWildNeqOp. But that'll have to be a new
erratum.

Regards,
Jim V.
