[sv-cc] Proposals for 54-56 and 332.

Hi All,

I've added a proposal to Item 56 that I think should suffice for 54, 55, and 56.
It is my recommendation that we declare 54 and 55 as duplicates of 56.

I've also put in a formal proposal for 332.
