RE: [sv-cc] Updated Proposal for SV-CC #64

Jim, I noticed that the proposal didn't specifically
mention int vars, long int vars, byte vars, etc. Should
those also be regarded as vectors?

Also, would we want a var bit to have vpiScalar = TRUE?
