I don't see what you are pointing out. Is it possible that you were reading
the previous version:
err77.pdf and not err77-d2.pdf?

There seems to be a small error in the 77 proposal.

The following is what you have:

    31.16 IO Declaration (supersedes ...)

        Diagram 31.10 (variables diagram)

        Remove
        ...

and I believe it should be

    31.16 IO Declaration (supersedes ...)

        Diagram 31.16 (io decl diagram)

        Remove
        ...

It looks like it was a simple cut and paste type issue.
