[sv-cc] Testing of sv_vpi_user.h

All,

Yesterday morning I sent out a copy of the sv_vpi_user.h file with all the
changes added to it. I had a couple of specific questions regarding how to
add a couple of the changes to the file, after one change restructured the
entire file. I also that, if possible, someone test that the file compiles
OK.

I have not heard a peep from anyone on the CC committee regarding my
questions or testing the file. Has anyone done anything on this?
