1. Reviewed Patent information.

   - Charles Dawson reviewed the patent information.

2. Reviewed minutes of the 01/05/2005 Meeting.
   - Andrzej reported he was at the 01/12 meeting.
   - Stu suggested the following amendments to the minutes:
     - On issue 56, add that Chas. is to modify the bug-notes section of issue 56
       in the Mantis data base with instructions on how the editing is to be done.
     - On issue 53:
       a) Change "puts a dotted enclosure around..." to "leaves the original
          dotted enclosure around...".
       b) Change "This class shall be named "instance item", to "Change the
          name of this dotted enclosure from "instance items" to "instance item".
   - JimV/Ralph. ACCEPTED as amended.

3. Liaisons

   - No other meetings to report on.

4. New business

   - The term "tags" in 1364 clause 27.
     Chas to file new errata item.

   - The 1 to 1 transition from gen scope to gen var in 1364.
     This may be a problem. Chas to look into what we have done.

   - Clause re-numbering.
     Their wording sounds better. We can accept the editors change via
     the review process.

   - Testing of the include files.
     Doug has tried all of them. He found some problems in the sv_vpi_user.h
     file and had filed errata 353 to address them.

   - Item 353
     Chas asked Doug to upload the actual include file as text. Done.
     PASSED. (unanimous).

   - Time for meeting
     It was thought that maybe next week we would still need the extra time,
     but that after that we would be able to move the start time up 1/2
     hour again. Chas to put on the agenda to discuss at the end of next
     meeting.

   - Item 333
     This one has not been moved to SV-LRM. Steve said it looked like Stu had
     implemented it already even though it is not in the right state.
     Chas to ask Karen to send to SV-LRM.

   - Others?

5. Reviewed of items with proposals.

   - Item 052
     Friendly amendment to add a comment that says it is for vpiFuncType.
     Francoise/Steve. PASSED as amended (unanimous)
     Sachi will upload a new version of the proposal with the friendly
     amendment.

6. Old Business

   SV-CC action items:
   - Sachi to drive finding a better solution for 052.

     DONE.
.
   - Chas to send out instructions and schedule for reviewing passed Items
     that have been incorporated into the latest draft.

     DONE.

   PTF action items:
   - Draft a straw man proposal using a clean slate with no concern for
     existing PLI/VPI on the best way to represent all Verilog and
     SystemVerilog kinds and types. This straw man will then be used as a
     basis for discussing backward compatibility with the existing reg, net,
     variables, functions, and parameter diagrams. It may be decided that
     full backward compatibility is not possible, or is not the best approach
     moving forward.

     This has been discussed via email, so DONE.

   - Sachi will file a PTF item for the clarification of what can be done
     at ROsync time and putting values in future times.

     DONE. Sachi filed Item 351.

7. Action items

   SV-CC action items:
   - Francoise to ask Peter Ashenden what was done to improve
     printing from Rational Rose.
   - Francoise to inquire about the feasibility of third parties
     shipping the UML for the diagrams.
   - JimV to enter a new SV-CC item for adding tables for return values of
     the properties.
   - Stu to file new SV-CC item that will address bigger issue he pointed
     out in Item 321.
   - Chas to ask Karen to send Item 333 to SV-LRM.
   - Sachi to upload passed proposal for Item 052.

   PTF action items:
   - Steve to compare BNF with the access available
     for attributes to see if they match
   - Stu to enter new PTF item for save/restart/reset issue.
   - Francoise to lookup wording for PTF 524 in VHPI.
   - Francoise will open a new PTF issue to look for situations like 25.6.15,
     where multiple methods are used access the same object enclosure
   - Chas to reword proposal for PTF 525.
   - Francoise to file a PTF item that asks to specify the order that iteration
     occur in, when the order is important.
   - Steve to add ETF item for Annex C to remove the Informative label, but
     still allow the contents to be optional.
   - Chas to update PTF database for the SV-CC Items to Shalom's satisfaction.
   - Chas to file an Item on the usage of the term "tags" at the beginning of
     clause 27.
   - Chas et all, to look into the 1 to 1 transition from gen scope to gen var
     in 1364. Should it be a 1 to many transition?
