RE: [sv-cc] Email ballot on Item 734

Karen,

8 of 10 eligible SV-CC members have approved the proposal
for Item 734 as noted below.  The remaining two were
not "present" in the e-mail exchange, so this seems
to be unanimous.

Please note that the misspelling "schcedule" needs to
be corrected in two locations.
