Hi All,

I have added a mantis Item for the last discussion we had today.  Stu has
put together a proposal.  We need 6 of the following 10 people to vote
YES or 6 to vote NO on this proposal by 12:00pm EDT (4:00pm GMT) in order
for the champions to consider this:
