Hi all
I uploaded proposals for Mantis 1327 and 1328. Please review, especially
the 1328 since the intent was not entirely clear to me.
I believe they simply add missing #define constants (vpiInterfaceDecl,
vpiGeneric, vpiConstraintItem) to the sv_vpi_user.h - but there may be
history here I'm not aware of.
I know there is not enough time to vote on them this time round, but if
anyone has feedback I'd appreciate it.
