1.  Reviewed Patent information.

   - Charles Dawson reviewed the patent information.


2.  Reviewed minutes of the 02/15/2006 Meeting.

   - Ralph/JimV.  ACCEPTED (unanimous)


3.  Liaisons

   - Chas reported on P1800 meeting which occurred on 02/21/2006.
   - No other committee activity was discussed.


4.  New business

   - Brief review of SVDB states and process.

     A description of the process we use for updating the SVDB
     and what each state means can be found at:

       http://www.eda.org/sv/SV_DB_Proc.html

   - Item 1343 Wrong unpacked array correspondence between C and SV

     Andrzej argued that it is more natural to go from low to high.  JimV
     thought it is more natural to go from left to right. Steve argued that
     it is not a question of interpretation and therefore is out of scope.
     After further research we determined that Steve is correct.  Postponed
     debate until we have an active PAR.

   - Item 0438 Annex I - missing values in object and property definitions

     Move to mark as Not a Bug.  Michael/Steve.  PASSED (unanimous)

   - Item 1322 Some union forms problematic as DPI parameters

     Discussed.  Ralph asked that people read the newly modified bugnote
     on the Item and we will discuss again in the future.

   - Declare 0747 and 1018 as duplicates

     JimV moves that we make 1018 a duplicate.  Steve Seconds.
     PASSED (unanimous)


5.  Reviewed of items with proposals.

   - Item 0804 27.55 Generates has bad assertion and typespec enclosures

     JimV/Ralph.  PASSED (unanimous)

   - Item 0791 27.43 There is no 'vpiAssignmentOp' in the include file

     Friendly amendment to fix spelling of "corresponds".
     Michael/Steve.  PASSED as amended (unanimous)

   - Item 0790 27.40 continue and break should be bold

     Michael/JimV.  PASSED (unanimous)

   - Item 0755 vpiValueRange target should be range rather than distribution

     Francoise should review first.  Move to Table. Steve/Michael.
     Tabled till next Meeting.
     Francoise to review.

   - Francoise to review proposal for Item 0755.

   - Item 1327 vpiGeneric and vpiInterfaceDecl referred to in text but not defined
   - Item 1328 Constraint Item (vpiConstraintItem) usage unclear
