[sv-cc] SV-CC agenda for 04/12/2006 - NOTE the time change

Hi All,

Apparently, I have been incorrectly sending out the time as
Eastern US Daylight savings Time (EDT - should have been EST,
Eastern Standard time) with the incorrect Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
all winter.  Sorry to our international constituency!
Please note that the US has gone onto Daylight Savings Time, so
the below info should be correct.

   - Item 0755 vpiValueRange target should be range rather than distribution
   - Item 1322 Some union forms problematic as DPI parameters
   - Item 1403 vpiAutomatic names both a property and a relation
   - Item 1395 Open arrays: unsized packed dimension legality, scenarios

6.  Review SV-CC items with proposals (Straw poll only):

7.  Review old business:

   - JimV to look into other things which can have size changes as discussed in 0985.
   - Steve to help Nasim file a clarification request.
   - Andrzej to file a mantis item that there is no vpiChandleVar object.
   - Chas to send Abigail the frame docs for the diagrams.
   - Francoise  to regularly review the list of passed SV-BC items for required
     changes in VPI before our SV-CC meetings.
