[sv-cc] No meeting tomorrow

Hi All,

I did not receive enough YES votes to have a quorum for tomorrow, so
we will meet next on 12/6/2006.  Sorry for the late notice.  BTW, has
anyone seen the minutes?  I sent them out, but I think that there was
a problem with the reflector.
