Hi Chas,

Mantis items that were conditionally approved with friendly ammendments now
have their status set to Review. Once the sv-cc agrees that each of them has
been updated they should have their status set to Editor. I believe that
the person assigned the Mantis item has permission to change the status to
Editor. Jim was able to do this on one of his.

There are currently 11 Mantis items from the sv-cc with a status of Review.
When the status is set to Editor, Stu will be able to add them to the LRM.
