[sv-cc] Checker variable BNF issue

Hi all,

It seems to be a BNF issue with checker variables. It is written in 17.7 Checker variables "Checker variables may have an optional rand qualifier.", but this is not reflected in the BNF:

checker_or_generate_item_declaration ::= data_declaration

But it should be:

checker_or_generate_item_declaration ::= [rand] data_declaration

Need also to check the VPI.

I opened a new Mantis 2562 on that.
