Items 16, 17, 19, and 20 have all been assigned to sv-cc/bc/ec. It looks like these sections (having to do with scheduling) really belong to sv-bc. I don't recall that we had any strong feeling about the regions that 16, 17, and 19 identify as superfluous. If so, can we extract ourselves from having to do anything about them? My suggestions: 1) If we can, we should take a quick look at these tomorrow. 2) Unless we have a disagreement, we could vote to leave the resolution of 16, 17, and 19 up to the SV-BC and/or SV-EC, saying that we have no vested interest in having it either way. Unless, of course, one or more of us really does have a strong feeling. 3) On item 20, I don't see that the comment has anything to do with VPI or DPI at all, so I would recommend extracting ourselves from dealing with item 20 as well.
