Hi Jim,

At the Working Group meeting I suggested assigning those
mantis items to the sv-ec. Chas requested that they also
be listed in the sv-cc just to make sure that there weren't any
issues that the sv-cc needed to address. Leaving it up to the
sv-bc/sv-ec to address these items is a reasonable alternative.
