[sv-cc] Mantis 3087: DPI-OO parameterized class with a copy class parameter

During the last meeting we discussed the issue of DPI-OO parameterized classes.

The last revision of the DPI-OO proposal specifies that only the reference parameterized classes should be supported.
I was asked whether a class parameter in this case can be a DPI-OO copy class.
During the meeting I didn't give a good answer hence I'm sending this email.

I think that the above combination should be supported and I don't see any issue. A reference class is passed by handle and the parameter type influences only the the method arguments and class members (which are not shared for the reference classes anyway). So I think it's OK.
