Serial EEPROM's from 1-Kbit to 512-Kbit are available in various smart card module designs. When more memory is required we offer our Serial DataFlash from 2 Mb to 4 Mb in smart card modules. Password protected 1-Kbit and 16-Kbit EEPROM's offer the ability to protect all or portions of the memory from read and write operations. For additional security, authentication is available on 1.5-Kbit and 16-Kbit EEPROM's. Password and authentication protected devices are available in various smart card modules and standard plastic packages for PC board utilization.
