Re: [sv-cc] PTF items and a proposal for PTF 342.

Minor correction:

The latest publicly available draft of 1364-2005 is Draft 3.
Draft 4, which is almost ready, includes all VSG-passed items except 17 and 603
(ETF) and 341 (PTF).

I also believe there are no pending PTF-passed items.
