My take on things...

Everything passed by the PTF or ETF going forward needs to also be confirmed by the P1800. Charles is proposing to move the PTF database on boyd.com over to the eda.org database to simplify tracking.

We do not need to reenter already passed issues from the PTF or ETF into the eda.org database. As Shalom noted he has already incorporated all of those.
