Just one more question w.r.t. this topic: the table 15-3 defines four tf_... callbacks, which in my simple mind are PLI 1.0 specific callbacks. PLI 1.0 is deprecated, so why don't we remove this callbacks or (at least) mark them as being deprecated ?
