[sv-cc] Item 536 and a general request

Hi All,

I just noticed that it looks like we passed Item 536 on 4/8 and
I failed to update the database properly.  No other meeting minutes
talk about this particular item, so I think it was just an oversight
on my part.  If anyone recalls otherwise, please let me know.

Given that I am human, it is possible there are other similar mistakes.
So, please take a minute or two and look over the Items that are assigned
to you.  If an Item:

   - Has a proposal but is not on the agenda for Tuesday
   - Was previously resolved and Mantis does not reflect the resolution
   - has some other problem

please let me know.  Thanks.
