RE: [sv-cc] SV-CC Meeting minutes for 05/18/2005

Charles -- one other change for 734, although strictly
speaking it's more than a typo.  But I noticed that
the new Pre-preponed region is missing from the
bulleted list of regions near the beginning of 15.3.

One could also argue that it's missing from the
proposal for 712 rather than from the proposal for
734.  But it's missing nonetheless.
