[sv-cc] New version of #736 proposal uploaded

Hi All,

I uploaded a new version of item #736's proposal.
All references to "the user" were changed to slightly
more formal wording regarding "the DPI C application".

I also took advantage of this opportunity to add a
clarification about how aggregate arguments containing
string members are handled.  There is nothing new in
there, just clarifications to existing specifications.

P.S.  Jim, I couldn't handle that FrameMaker attachment.
      I saved my MS Word doc as "HTML, Filtered", which I
      understand is viewable in Firefox, IE, and NetScape.
      Please let me know if you still have trouble with it.
